Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each candle is carefully prepared and packed.


Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Chispas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping provider directly

We will always do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@chispascandles.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
