Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@chispascandles.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
